About Net-Change

Net-change was started in 1999 to fill a need here in northeastern North Carolina when dial-up internet was the only way to connect to the information super highway.  Net-Change wanted to make Internet available for all our friends and neighbors at an affordable price.  Internet technology has changed a great deal over the last decade, and we have stayed true to our goal of connecting you to the world, with email, web surfing, streaming video and social medias. We offer diverse Internet options and always working to improve those options.
